PPL Course

  • The Private Pilot License (PPL) course is a training program designed to transform an aviation enthusiast into a licensed pilot capable of commanding a single-engine aircraft.

  • No, none whatsoever!

  • Like all our courses the PPL course is modular. This means you go at your own pace.

On average we find it takes around 4-6 months to complete this course and become a licensed pilot.

The major factors that affect this are the weather and how prepared you come for your flights.

  • The average cost for completing the PPL course is 18,000$ + tax.

We say average because every student is different and will require different times to complete.

A student that comes prepared for their flights is more likely to meet the average cost than a student who doesn’t.

Multi Rating

  • The Multi Rating course is a training program designed to give licensed pilots the privilege to act as Pilot in Command (PIC) of an aircraft with two or more engines.

    • Private Pilot License or Commercial Pilot License

    • Category 1 or 3 Medical

  • Like all our courses the Multi Rating course is modular. This means you go at your own pace.

On average we find it takes around 2-4 weeks to complete this course and earn the rating.

The major factors that affect this are the weather and how prepared you come for your flights.

  • The average cost for completing this course is 5,500$ + tax.

We say average because every student is different and will require different times to complete.

IFR Rating

  • The IFR Rating course is a training program designed to give licensed pilots the privilege of flying an aircraft under Instrument Flight Rules(IFR) conditions.

    • Private Pilot License with a Night Rating or Commercial Pilot License

    • Category 1 or 3 Medical

    • Successful completion of the INRAT

  • Like all our courses this course is modular. This means you go at your own pace.

  • Absolutely.

The aircraft is more than well equipped for it and whenever practical and safe, we encourage flights in IMC conditions as that is the entire point of becoming an IFR rated pilot.

  • Again, absolutely.

Unlike other training outfits that provide training under “Simulated IFR” conditions we actually file and fly an IFR flight plan.

What this means for you is you get to log Actual IFR time for your training flights and not just “Hood” time.
